Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to be based onsite in Delhi and Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will focus on exploring and securing new business avenues, fostering strong client relationships, formulating effective sales strategies, and actively promoting our premium tile and various surface products. The role encompasses market research, contract negotiations, and meeting predefined sales objectives.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and sales, especially in identifying new opportunities and managing client connections.
- Competency in crafting sales plans and undertaking thorough market analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills alongside proficient contract handling capabilities.
- Track record of attaining sales goals and contributing to revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work from office locations in Delhi and Bangalore, India.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines is required; Master's degree preferred.
- Mandatory experience in the tiles, surface, and sanitary fittings sector.
- Field sales experience is essential.

Compensation
Salary range offered is ₹50,000 to ₹100,000 per month.
