Job Responsibilities
- Lead growth initiatives and form key strategic partnerships focused on US stock offerings, targeting essential business results like account openings, funding inflows, and trading activity conversion.
- Identify, develop, and nurture partnerships with financial platforms, investment applications, content distributors, advisors, key opinion leaders, and trading communities that drive quality investor engagement by leveraging current industry connections.
- Manage the complete partnership process, from outreach and negotiation to designing partnership frameworks such as revenue sharing, referrals, or commissions, and collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, compliance, and risk management to enable seamless integration of account opening, KYC, funding, and trading workflows while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Track and assess partnership performance through metrics like account openings, funding rates, trading volumes, and partner ROI, continuously refining partnership approaches and resource deployment.
- Keep abreast of trends in online brokerage and US stock markets, proactively proposing innovative partnership models and business initiatives aligned with evolving market conditions and company strengths.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred backgrounds include finance, business, marketing, or internet-related areas.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development roles within online brokerage firms, fintech companies, trading platforms, or similar sectors, demonstrating successful partnership achievements.
- Established and reusable industry networks encompassing financial platforms, content channels, advisors/KOLs, investment communities, or institutional collaborations with proven autonomous activation capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US stock products and online brokerage business models including account onboarding, compliance, funding, and trading conversion mechanics.
- Excellent commercial communication and negotiation skills enabling independent management of partnerships from initial contact through to execution and scale-up.
- Strong results-driven mindset focused on measuring partnership success via real business impact beyond contractual agreements.
- Proficiency in basic English adequate for international or cross-border partnership communications.
Preferred Attributes
- Ready-to-deploy partner assets with the capacity to transparently explain partnership structures and expected business benefits during interviews.
- Direct experience with US stocks, ETFs, or related traded products and a solid grasp of investor behavior influencing decision-making.
- Background from prominent online brokerage or fintech organizations or cross-border financial platforms, especially in core business development functions.
- Experience operating in international markets or conducting cross-border business development activities.
