About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead and manage a team of insurance advisors to enhance sales for reputed insurance firms Kotak Life and Max Life. This position operates within the agency channel and emphasizes leadership combined with active field engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of insurance advisors to boost sales performance.
- Perform hands-on fieldwork to support and expand the agency network.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales or insurance sectors is advantageous.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing locally.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000.
