About Empathex Services
Empathex Services Private Limited is currently seeking a skilled Growth Manager to lead their dynamic team in Pune. This role is crucial for driving performance improvements and operational excellence within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee team performance, ensuring productivity and attendance standards are met.
- Lead regular team meetings, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with established process guidelines and quality benchmarks.
- Effectively manage escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Compile and present daily performance analytics for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless operational workflows.
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve set business objectives and sustain high performance levels.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience as a Team Leader or Manager.
- Preferably experienced with platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, or similar food delivery and quick commerce operations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel and capable of generating detailed reports.
- Strong analytical mindset and adept at problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Availability for immediate joining is highly desirable.
