Role overview

As the Business Development Manager, you will focus on creating new commercial opportunities across Ireland, with a particular emphasis on bringing in new data centre clients and organisations in the pharma sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities, helping to grow the company’s presence and market share in Ireland.
• Build a strong pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing tenders through to close.
• Win and develop long-term strategic relationships with new clients.
• Create and implement focused sales plans based on market research and changing industry trends.
• Act as a knowledgeable advisor on electronic security solutions.
• Nurture existing accounts and expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Experience and skills required

• At least 2 years of experience in technical security sales.
• Hands-on experience with site visits, tender preparation, and bidding activity.
• Background in external sales with responsibility for managing the full sales cycle.
• A full driving licence is essential.

Package and benefits

• Base salary of €60,000 to €65,000.
