Your Role

This role offers a fast-tracked career path that bypasses traditional hierarchical advancement. You will manage your own sales territory with a mix of expert training and hands-on fieldwork, including:

• Receiving field mentorship and market development guidance by partnering with experienced Sales Directors to identify and capture new B2B clients.
• Executing the full sales process, from strategic prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new merchants, with support from Business Development Managers.
• Participating in intensive workshops focused on consultative sales strategies to understand clients’ business challenges and present KPay’s fintech solutions to improve their profitability.
• Developing a merchant portfolio that generates ongoing commissions, with opportunities to accelerate into leadership roles within as few as three months based on merit.

• A willingness to learn quickly, accept feedback, and develop expertise in the fintech sector.
• Resilience and a positive mindset when facing rejection, with a drive to consistently surpass performance targets.
• A background valuing experience and drive over formal qualifications, with high-intensity retail, hospitality, or outbound sales experience considered valuable.
• Possession of a valid Australian driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle is preferred.
