Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, specializing in HVAC products and solutions. This role involves actively pursuing sales opportunities, engaging clients, and achieving ambitious sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify and generate new business leads through fieldwork.
- Develop and present quotations and successfully close sales transactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate degree, preferably in Marketing or Sales; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a keen interest in field sales.
- Must possess a two-wheeler for local travel.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and business development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000, equating to an annual package between ₹2.4 lakh and ₹4 lakh.
