Role overview
This opening is for a Business Development Executive in Pune for a fresher profile. The role focuses on managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and supporting engagement efforts to improve satisfaction and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the existing client base by keeping records current, nurturing relationships, and logging all interactions accurately.
- Discuss solutions with clients, study their requirements, and plan suitable approaches to strengthen engagement.
- Address client concerns and feedback, then coordinate follow-up improvements to raise overall satisfaction.

Salary
