Job Overview
We are urgently seeking Field Work Executives to join PhonePe in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves visiting local shops to promote and sell PhonePe QR Codes and Soundboxes. The work is straightforward with minimal hard selling since most shopkeepers are already familiar with PhonePe.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit approximately 14 to 15 shops daily to sell PhonePe QR Codes and Soundboxes.
- Ensure attendance is recorded by meeting daily shop visit targets.
- Engage with shopkeepers to facilitate sales without aggressive selling tactics.
Requirements
- Possession of Aadhaar card, PAN card, 12th-grade marksheet, and bank passbook is mandatory.
- Bicycle or bike ownership is preferred to facilitate travel between shops.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹21,000.
- Additional petrol allowance of ₹3,000 per month is provided.
- Employees are entitled to Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits.
