About the Role
Aex Xenora Technologies Private Limited seeks a proactive Business Development Associate to support the company's expansion efforts by identifying new market trends, generating qualified leads, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging industry trends and potential customer segments.
- Generate and qualify leads via digital channels, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns, maintaining a steady pipeline of prospects and institutional alliances.
- Engage potential clients using calls, emails, virtual meetings, and presentations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions designed by the company.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, educational institutions, and business collaborators, ensuring a positive experience through all sales stages.
- Contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets by assisting the sales team in converting leads into closed business deals.
- Collaborate with marketing personnel to implement campaigns and promotional efforts, while supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business development resources.
