About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-focused Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our company’s growth. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business leads to expand client base.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with existing clients.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate sales deals and finalize transactions successfully.
- Meet sales targets and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Conduct client visits and attend business discussions as necessary.
Qualification and Skills Required
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree such as B.Com, BBA, BSc, BA, diploma, or a relevant marketing-related qualification is preferable.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities in English.
- Basic proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build interpersonal connections.
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.
- Prepared to travel occasionally for client meetings.
Eligibility
This position is open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in sales or business development.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this role is between 20,000 and 37,000 INR.
