Business Design Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research across customers, markets, and stakeholders to gather insights.
• Develop customer journey maps, service blueprints, and personas to illustrate user experiences.
• Facilitate innovation sessions and design-thinking workshops that inspire new ideas.
• Translate research findings into practical, actionable business strategies and recommendations.
• Create compelling storytelling content and prepare presentations for executive audiences.
• Work collaboratively with strategists, designers, and technologists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support initiatives aimed at product and service innovation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business design, service design, strategy, innovation, or experience consulting roles.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong capabilities in conducting research and analyzing data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in consulting firms or related environments.
• Familiarity with various research methodologies and techniques for workshop facilitation.
• Background or exposure to user experience (UX), service design, or product design.
