Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team to deliver insightful analysis across various projects and product development efforts. You will be instrumental in interpreting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to produce solutions that add value throughout our club.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive business analysis activities to define and deliver project and product requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to shape effective solutions, challenge assumptions, and ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and translate business needs into structured, clear requirements.
- Create key delivery documents including Business Requirements Documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and journey maps supporting solution implementation.
- Map supporter experiences and organizational processes to identify current states, future improvements, and enhanced engagement opportunities.
- Manage requirement changes by assessing impact, supporting prioritization, and keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across the club and with suppliers to align efforts and maintain project momentum.
- Promote best practices in business analysis, delivery standards, and inclusive working methods prioritizing equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst delivering project or product analysis, ideally with digital or customer-oriented initiatives.
- Expertise in conducting workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong capability to manage and articulate clear, testable requirements throughout their lifecycle.
- Proficient in process and journey mapping to drive clarity and improvement.
- Familiarity working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods, with a solid understanding of technology delivery lifecycles.
- Experience using analysis and modeling tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with ownership of work and commitment to continuous development.
- Preferably holds a professional certification or qualification in Business Analysis or related fields.
