Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions that meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders through interviews and requirements gathering to understand business needs.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce-compatible solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Document existing and proposed business processes clearly and comprehensively.
Support and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure the solutions meet the defined requirements.
