Role Summary
The Business Analyst I role involves enhancing operational efficiency by analyzing data and maintaining reporting procedures to support business functions using standardized methods. This position demands ownership of operational reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights related to forecasting, capacity planning, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop operational reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor KPI performance.
- Maintain comprehensive datasets ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze trends, performance variances, and deliver structured insights to leadership for forecasting and utilization management.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis and variances.
- Document and review operational processes and governance materials.
- Embrace continuous learning and career growth opportunities within the organization.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and PowerApps.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
- Knowledge of Macros and basic automation techniques.
- Strong ability to convert raw operational data into actionable intelligence for stakeholders.
- Experience creating standardized reports and mentoring analysts through documented processes.
- Familiarity with project management, resource management, and workforce management systems.
- Understanding of IT operations and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as CoPilot and ChatGPT.
- Capability to monitor operational commitments against actual performance.
Working Conditions
This is a hybrid position located in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram, or Pune, with working hours aligned to the EMEA shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
