About the role
This full-time, on-site Business Analyst opening is based in Mumbai and is suited to freshers who want to work at the intersection of product, business, data, and automation in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Work with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to collect requirements, map workflows, prepare technical documentation, and help features move smoothly into international markets.
- Build scripts, dashboards, and automation utilities with Python, SQL, APIs, and AI-based tools to raise operational efficiency, assist business analysis, and simplify product testing.
- Prepare business briefs, slide decks, and partner-ready documents, then convert complex technical ideas into practical recommendations and scalable approaches for stakeholders.
Who can apply
This role is open to candidates with no prior experience who are interested in fintech, digital payments, APIs, automation, AI tools, and global market ecosystems. A hands-on, builder-style mindset shown through personal projects or side initiatives is preferred.
Requirements
- Comfort working with Python, SQL, scripting, data analysis, and systems thinking.

Compensation and application details
