Role Overview
The Brand Manager serves a crucial function within GigaBrands' client success and operations teams. Positioned between the Brand Director and Junior Brand Managers, this role entails overseeing daily client accounts, executing strategic initiatives to boost sales, and ensuring outstanding service standards across various Amazon brands.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to implement client strategies. Act as a strategic partner to clients by managing relationships, operational execution, and performance enhancements effectively.
Team Collaboration and Development
Participate actively in "husks," internal sessions focused on team building and professional growth. Engage with peers and senior leadership to nurture a culture of ongoing learning. Senior Brand Managers play an additional role by mentoring through weekly skill-upgrade classes.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in account or brand management, or ecommerce leadership roles.
- Demonstrable background in nurturing client relationships and achieving tangible outcomes.
- Strong leadership talents with experience directing teams across various departments and regions.
- Comprehensive understanding of Amazon operations spanning PPC, SEO, catalog, design, and merchandising.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with a keen eye for detail in task management, reporting, and workflow coordination.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills tailored for client and internal audience engagement.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneur-driven environment with client-facing responsibilities.
- Experience with project and task management tools such as ClickUp.
