About the Role
Traffic Safe NZ is dedicated to delivering exceptional service through skilled crews committed to safety. We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our New Plymouth branch, acting as the vital connection between our clients and the efficient, compliant execution of temporary traffic management (TTM) solutions. This role demands hands-on oversight of resources, daily leadership ensuring crew safety, and high-quality operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily planning and scheduling to guarantee timely and cost-effective TTM service delivery.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships focused on open communication and long-term partnership retention.
- Work closely with clients and the TTM planning team to create and assess safe, compliant Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
- Drive branch performance to meet and exceed established targets.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in temporary traffic management, civil infrastructure, or related construction fields.
- Proven client and account management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in operations and personnel management.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) certification.
- Possession of a full New Zealand Driver's Licence.
- Background in operational leadership or coordination roles.
- Strong capabilities in planning, scheduling, and problem-solving, adept at managing changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experienced with Google Workspace.
