Role Overview

As a Body Shop Advisor at JK Infotech in Pune, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding body repairs, paintwork, and related service queries. Your role encompasses advising customers on repair methods, estimating damages, coordinating with insurers and external service providers, and ensuring the overall satisfaction and mobility of customers throughout the repair process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers about vehicle body repairs, paintwork, and repair techniques, focusing on cost efficiency and quality.
• Create and prepare detailed damage assessments and repair orders based on expert reports and customer requirements, following guidelines from the Skoda-VW Group.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and insurance companies, handling declarations and repair cost approvals.
• Ensure the quality and performance standards of third-party service providers, such as external paint shops.
• Promote and sell services, parts, Skoda car insurance, accident hotline assistance, aesthetic repairs, and Skoda lifestyle products and accessories while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Track repair orders and deadlines, prepare, verify, and explain invoices to customers.
• Carry out final vehicle inspections and performance checks to guarantee quality and orderly operations before vehicle handover.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with cooperation partners, including officially appointed experts, car rental agencies, and vehicle recovery services.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and current promotional offers.
• Promote exchange through pre-owned vehicle options.
• Act as a mentor to newly onboarded employees when assigned.
• Adhere strictly to Skoda dress code standards and company policies, maintaining professionalism and discipline at all times.
