Job Overview
We are searching for an experienced Biotechnology R&D Scientist to assist in training artificial intelligence models. The role involves assessing AI chatbot progress, analyzing their reasoning, and troubleshooting to enhance the precision and performance of each model. A profound expertise in biology and related disciplines such as biochemistry is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
- Pose challenging biology-related questions to AI chatbots and assess their responses

Qualifications
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methodologies
- Master’s or PhD degree preferred, whether completed, ongoing, or in progress, but not mandatory
