Team Overview

The BIM/CAD Technician role is pivotal in linking management, sales, and engineering teams, supporting initiatives aimed at sustainable wastewater treatment solutions and off-site manufacturing with goals to minimize emissions, optimize costs, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Create precise BIM models and CAD drawings for wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and precast components.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to ensure designs adhere to project specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with management and sales to maintain technical accuracy and feasibility in proposals.
• Deliver technical support to internal teams and clients as needed.
• Participate in refining design workflows and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist in developing virtual models for project planning and presentations.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or certification in fields like Architectural Technology or Engineering Technology.
• Proficient in BIM platforms such as Revit and AutoCAD along with related modeling software.
• Effective communication skills to clearly convey complex technical details to varied teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the water or wastewater sector.
