Role Overview
As a Billing Specialist at Kidz Cart located in Chandigarh, the candidate will be responsible for managing the billing and payment processes efficiently and accurately. The role demands proficiency in using scanning devices to input product details, managing diverse payment methods, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld or desktop barcode scanners to swiftly and precisely capture product information into the billing system.
- Manage cash drawer activities and accept various payment modes including cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI applications, ensuring accurate daily sales balancing.
- Offer friendly customer interaction by greeting shoppers, addressing their questions, correcting any pricing discrepancies, and providing receipts in printed or digital formats.
- Monitor inventory levels by verifying that scanned items are accurately deducted from the live stock database to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
Compensation
The offered salary range for this position is between 10,000 and 13,000 INR per month.
