Role Overview
The Billing Executive will handle invoice preparation, support the end-to-end billing cycle, and maintain smooth communication with customers to ensure payments and order processing stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Create precise invoices in Tally software.
- Keep customer interactions professional and responsive to support ongoing relationships.
- Oversee the billing workflow from order initiation through payment completion.
- Submit invoices within the required timelines.
