Bible Teacher

About the Position

The Summer Institute is looking to hire an enthusiastic Bible teacher for its forthcoming summer enrichment program in Sevenig, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The primary mission of this role is to foster students' interest in and knowledge of the Bible through a well-supported, evidence-based curriculum. The role not only calls for teaching expertise but also for establishing a nurturing, respectful, and safe learning environment in alignment with the program's educational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct twelve Bible classes weekly, divided into four sections for each of three grade levels.
• Guide and oversee students' usage of educational resources and equipment.
• Create engaging, dynamic, and memorable lessons for students.
• Provide supervision during on-campus activities and external field trips.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on student academic progress.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to provide comprehensive support for each student.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree relevant to the field.
• Have prior experience in teaching.
• Holding a teaching certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrate the ability to interact with students positively and encouragingly.
• Show dedication to advancing the objectives of The Summer Institute.
