Role Overview
The BI Partnership Manager will be part of the Group Partnership department responsible for managing Coface's global financial partnerships network spanning about 100 countries. This role focuses on defining and executing partnership strategies, developing new partnership business opportunities, supporting local teams, and coordinating specialist experts from reinsurance, legal, and finance to optimize partner relationships and performance. You will play a key role in expanding Coface Business Information solutions via indirect sales channels such as resellers and marketplaces, handling platform evaluations, technical API integrations, and nurturing C-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Coface's local entities through meetings and calls to define and implement partnership strategies and models.
- Serve as the primary contact point for local entities and partners, managing escalation processes as needed.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication channels with Coface teams and external partners, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Coordinate internal specialist teams to strengthen and initiate partner relationships.
- Steer partner performance and update partnership standards and best practices.
- Transfer knowledge and support Coface teams in managing partner collaborations effectively.
Candidate Profile
Education: Degree in Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or related fields; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: 5 to 7 years in business development, ideally within consulting, finance, or project management sectors. Proven expertise in contract negotiations and legal considerations is essential. Experience working in multicultural environments is advantageous.
Desired Attributes: Results-driven, customer-focused, collaborative, and open to change. Ability to seek win-win solutions in negotiations, strong teamwork and analytical skills. Fluency in English is a must. Curiosity and a proactive solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel as required.
