DELANO Dubai is part of Ennismore, a fast-expanding lifestyle and leisure hospitality group, and it is introducing the DELANO brand to the UAE for the first time. The brand traces its roots to DELANO South Beach in Miami, which launched in 1995 and helped define a new style of luxury hospitality through elegant design, lively energy, and a social atmosphere. DELANO Dubai aims to carry that same identity forward with refined service and sophisticated style.

Set on Bluewaters Island, the resort will feature luxury rooms and suites, four food and beverage concepts, an ocean-facing pool, and a wellness studio.

Role Summary

As a Bellman, you will be an important part of the guest journey from arrival to departure. Your focus will be on creating a smooth, polished, and welcoming experience that reflects the brand’s relaxed luxury standard from the first greeting to the final farewell.

Key Duties

• Provide guests with a courteous, efficient, and polished welcome and send-off at arrival and departure.
• Handle guest luggage carefully, securely, and with close attention to detail.
• Escort guests to their rooms and briefly explain the property and room features.
• Assist guests with directions, general questions, and hotel information in a helpful and professional way.
• Coordinate with valet and transport teams to support smooth transfers, arrivals, and departures.
• Keep the lobby and entrance areas neat, presentable, and aligned with hotel standards.
• Support front office and concierge colleagues during busy periods to maintain guest flow.
• Interact with guests in a warm, attentive, and respectful manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Address minor guest concerns quickly and escalate issues when needed for resolution.
• Represent the DELANO service culture consistently through appearance, communication, and conduct.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort as a bellman, porter, or guest services associate. Strong interpersonal skills, a guest-first attitude, and the ability to stay active and handle luggage throughout the shift are important. You should also demonstrate strong presentation standards, teamwork across front office, concierge, and valet functions, and clear, courteous communication with guests from different backgrounds.

Education and Personal Attributes

A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered. DELANO Dubai values personality as much as experience, so authenticity, positive energy, and a strong service mindset are highly appreciated.
