Bartender

Position Overview

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking dedicated bartenders who go beyond just mixing drinks to craft unique and memorable experiences. As a bartender, you will not only be skilled in beverage preparation but also act as a gracious host, attentive to the latest trends, local offerings, and evolving guest preferences. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the functionality and presentation of the bar, fostering relationships across the hotel and local community to anticipate guests' needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Bartenders must maintain a safe workplace in compliance with company policies, safeguard company assets, and uphold confidentiality. Professional appearance and uniform standards are essential. This role requires standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds, as well as various bending and reaching activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications necessary.
