Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet returning guests by name, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all food, beverages, and wines to provide informed recommendations.
- Consistently demonstrate friendly, professional, and courteous behaviour.
- Actively upsell to enhance sales revenue whenever possible.
Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in the hotel industry, preferably within a 3 or 4-star property, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Background in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Experience working in busy food and beverage settings.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Micros point of sale system is preferred.
