About the Role

Join Hilton Dresden as a bartender and play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences at our location near Frauenkirche. As a skilled bartender, you will create memorable moments for guests by combining attentiveness, personality, and a keen sense for quality beverages. Whether crafting classic cocktails, recommending fine wines, or serving freshly tapped beer, you will ensure every guest feels warmly welcomed.

You will embody the spirit of hospitality, maintaining composure during busy periods and working harmoniously with your team to provide seamless and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, long drinks, coffee specialties, and other beverages.
• Offer personalized assistance to guests in choosing their drinks.
• Ensure smooth operations of the bar before, during, and after service hours.
• Set up the bar area and monitor cleanliness, orderliness, and inventory stock.
• Collaborate actively with service, kitchen, and events teams.
• Uphold all quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Represent the hotel with a courteous, confident, and well-groomed demeanor.

Qualifications

• Some previous bar or service experience, preferably within hospitality or gastronomy.
• A passion for guest interaction and a strong sense of hospitality.
• Interest in beverages, cocktails, wines, and current bar trends.
• Organized and dependable work approach, even under high guest volume.
• Team player with responsibility and professional appearance.
• Excellent manners and a positive, approachable attitude.
• Proficient in German; English skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
