Role Overview

MRJADE Holding seeks a dedicated full-time Barista based in Dubai to deliver high-quality coffee beverages and excellent customer service in an on-site setting. This role involves preparing various coffee and drinks following established recipes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring overall product consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per standardized methods.
• Operate coffee machines and related apparatus efficiently.
• Assist in preparation of light snacks and accompaniments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies as necessary.
• Greet and interact with customers, take orders, and process payments professionally.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to enhance guest experience.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to company rules and policies.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proficient Barista capabilities including beverage preparation and equipment management.
• Good understanding of coffee varieties and preparation techniques.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation processes and hygiene standards.
• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• Capable of standing for long periods and handling multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent; additional barista or hospitality training is advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual, and exhibits a professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
