Our diverse venues cater to a broad audience 365 days a year, offering distinct concepts unified by one identity: a welcoming third place that blends contrasting elements to create lively experiences. Situated around Frankfurt's iconic skyscrapers, our venues range from a compact 12m2 espresso bar and a hybrid deli-museum café to a fine dining restaurant with show kitchen, a greenhouse concept, and a takeaway. Each location features unique interior design that complements its specific menus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of our coffee station, passionately preparing top-quality coffee and matcha specialties.
• Operate professional La Marzocco espresso machines, mastering specialty coffee brewing at the highest standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, from a perfectly crafted espresso to a creamy matcha latte.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated service and kitchen teams, contributing your unique personality.
• Identify areas for improvement and actively propose enhancements; we value open communication.
• Commit to continuous personal development, whether in barista craft or guest interaction.

Requirements

• Experience as a barista or in hospitality with a strong passion for coffee.
• Confident use of espresso machines, preferably La Marzocco, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Keen attention to quality, precision, and the aesthetics of beverage preparation.
• Enthusiasm for specialty coffee and innovative matcha creations.
• Warmth, openness, and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work regular yet flexible shifts.
• Good command of German; additional languages are advantageous.
