About the Role
Join a busy bakery team where your baking expertise helps deliver fresh, high-quality products to customers every day. The environment is energetic and fast-moving, with a strong focus on learning, sharing knowledge, and helping team members build their capability and grow their careers.
Working Roster
The roster runs from Wednesday to Sunday, with shifts from 3:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to producing bakery items that meet high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Support a customer-focused culture built around acknowledging, caring for, and thanking customers.
- Work safely and maintain strong hygiene standards in line with food-handling requirements.
- Assist in guiding and supporting the bakery team as needed.
- Bring a proactive, curious attitude toward your own learning and professional growth.
- Help create a positive team environment by looking after your wellbeing and supporting colleagues.
- Stay effective in a fast-paced bakery setting where physical work is part of the role.
What You’ll Need
A formal baking qualification along with relevant work experience is required for this position.
