Job Overview
Quality Creations seeks a versatile Back Office Staff member in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, who can proficiently manage telecalling and various office responsibilities. The role involves handling customer queries, supporting online government service processes, and assisting with daily office duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling activities to interact with customers and provide service information.
- Manage emails including uploading documents, submitting forms, and processing bill payments.
- Offer assistance to customers during calls.
- Perform essential data entry tasks and maintain accurate service records.
- Support miscellaneous office functions such as filing, photocopying, and basic coordination.
- Deliver courteous and prompt customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
Requirements
- Minimum education: completion of 12th grade; graduates are preferred but not compulsory.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate the MP Online portal.
- Effective communication capabilities for telecalling engagements.
- Attributes such as politeness, honesty, and responsibility.
- No prior experience required; fresh candidates may apply.
Additional Information
- Working days and hours: Monday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Monthly salary: ₹7,000.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for inexperienced applicants.
