Role overview

This opportunity is for experienced builders who want to launch their own startup but are still looking for the right co-founder to begin with. Startup Wise Guys, a leading B2B accelerator in Europe with an 80%+ survival rate among founded companies, is inviting candidates to join its Founders Club and collaborate with other founders to shape and launch a B2B venture.

What you will do

• Work with your co-founders to shape the business from the ground up, including the product or service concept, go-to-market thinking, plans, and hands-on execution.
• Take charge of building the team and setting a strong, positive company culture.
• Help define and lead fundraising and investment rounds.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of solid professional experience, ideally in fast-growing or scale-up environments.
• Previous leadership exposure in at least one of the following areas: product development, strategy, or operations.
• Clear commitment to launching a scalable B2B startup, with preferred focus areas such as SaaS, XR, sustainability, fintech, or cyber.
