Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a B2B Sales Executive at M/s KK Motors located in Delhi-NCR, your primary task is to manage and process orders from business clients through various communication platforms such as phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring accurate entry into the sales system. You will actively coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to guarantee timely packing, billing, and delivery of goods tailored to customer requirements.
Keeping clients informed is essential; thus you will track shipment details including LR numbers and courier statuses, relay this information to customers, and maintain regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business and foster strong client relationships. In addition, you will initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients to present company products and convert these contacts into confirmed orders.
Daily upkeep of customer databases, order and follow-up records is required alongside collaboration with the accounts and logistics departments to resolve invoicing, payment, or delivery related issues promptly. Meeting monthly sales and order booking goals as set by management, as well as providing daily and weekly sales and follow-up reports, are vital to performance monitoring.
