Automobile Service Advisor / Technician

Role Overview

Garve Hyundai Wakad in Pune is looking for dedicated Service Advisors and Automobile Technicians to strengthen our service team. This dual role involves providing excellent customer service as well as technical vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with Hyundai's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Advisor Duties:

• Greet customers and comprehend their vehicle servicing needs.
• Create job cards and clearly communicate estimated service costs.
• Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress and expected delivery schedules.
• Promote maintenance packages and additional value-added services to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Automobile Technician Duties:

• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and vehicle inspections.
• Repair essential systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and adhere to Hyundai service protocols.
• Complete repairs efficiently without compromising quality within standard turnaround times.
• Report any extra repair requirements to the Service Advisor for customer communication.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferably 1 to 5 years of experience in the automobile sector.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Basic computer literacy for handling service documentation.
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
