About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Auto Electrician position based in Kalgoorlie for local work. The role is suited to a qualified tradesperson who wants stable employment in a growing local business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and repair electrical issues in a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Carry out routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to test and assess electrical systems.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals to support fault-finding and repairs.
• Fit and set up auto electrical parts and accessories.
• Prepare job cards and keep service documentation accurate and up to date.
• Work in line with safety requirements and relevant industry standards.
• Keep communication clear with colleagues and customers about faults and repair progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Formal trade qualification as an Auto Electrician is required.
• A valid Australian driver’s licence is required.

• Exposure to light vehicles, heavy vehicles, or mining and industrial equipment is highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic ability is an advantage.
