Role overview
This position is based in Walmart’s Auto Care Center, where the focus is on supporting shoppers with vehicle care and related services while they complete their shopping. The environment offers opportunities to build technical knowledge, gain business exposure, and work with modern tools and systems.
Pay and compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $18 to $31 per hour. The wage will be at least the minimum required for the job location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on scheduling, facility, season, or the specific work being performed, premium pay may also apply and can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. More than one premium may be earned if multiple conditions are met.
Work schedule
This role may be offered as either full-time or part-time work. Available shift options include opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing.
