Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate - HR Systems to play a vital role in managing and enhancing our HR technology landscape. This position involves driving efficiency and digital transformation within our HR functions by expertly handling HR data, optimizing system architecture, and automating processes.
Key Duties
- Maintain precise and current employee data through effective HR data management.
- Enhance and streamline HR systems to boost operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to establish HRIS frameworks aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to modernize HR processes using automation tools and digital strategies.
- Guarantee adherence to data privacy standards and implement robust data security practices.
- Use analytical skills to spot improvements and optimizations within HR systems.
- Offer guidance and education to HR personnel on system usage and best practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest HR technology trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Support strategic projects contributing to HR department success.
Experience and Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR systems or related roles.
- Expertise in managing HR data and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Proficient with SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of HRIS architecture and digital transformation methodologies.
- Competent in process automation and data privacy management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to train and support HR teams effectively.
