Role Overview

This position leads a team of solution architects and engineers, operating mostly independently with oversight from senior management. The role anticipates complex business needs and proposes solutions to moderately challenging problems, supporting sales teams and contributing individually at a high level. It is tactical with influence on defining new solutions, processes, standards, or operational plans aligned to business strategies, significantly impacting midterm business outcomes. Focus lies on implementation and control rather than policy formulation. Decision impacts are typically short to medium term, with potential accountability for small to medium profit and loss. The candidate may participate as a team member in regional projects rather than leading them.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience across multiple specializations in the subdomain.

Knowledge and Skills

• Translate customer and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, business concepts, processes, and requirements.
• Skilled in preparing high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) design documents.
• Develop logical and innovative solutions and assist in presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
• Industry domain expertise in key technology trends.
• Experience delivering consulting projects focusing on design or architecture for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical authority on designing, developing, and implementing solutions aligned to business needs, analyzing features and limits across systems, platforms, or applications.
• Monitor technology market requirements, engage in product development, and represent the company in customer or marketing events to boost brand recognition.
• Ensure the designed solutions exhibit compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability.
• Create and implement complex customer-centric solutions, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to evaluate requirements.
• Support product teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing input on features based on business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solution architecture spanning multiple products, offer expertise to internal teams or external partners to design and deliver solutions effectively.
• Create and review architectural and solution design documents, guiding engineering methodologies, standards, and best practices proactively.
• Identify, communicate, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions across the entire lifecycle, including pre-sales, delivery, and support phases.
• The role can be an individual contributor or involve leading a small team.
