Position Overview
NRG Cables is seeking a diligent Assistant Supply Chain Manager to work closely with key departments including Commercial, Logistics, and Purchases. The role involves supporting a seasoned team within a growing business environment and facilitating smooth coordination among departments.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of an advanced university degree, ideally in economics, business administration, or engineering.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operational support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and capability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Ability to maintain focus on detailed tasks without losing sight of broader business objectives.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn, actively contributing to team progress and process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including lists, basic formulas, and potentially pivot tables, as well as Word and Outlook.
- English language skills are considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate, correlate, and regularly update weekly data from the Directors of Commercial, Logistics, and Procurement departments.
- Monitor and track tasks and deliverables of each department to align with the overall supply chain plan.
- Prepare progress updates, status reports, and presentations for management review.
- Organize and maintain critical documentation including orders, forecasts, and delivery records.
- Manage a dynamic schedule, coordinating internal meetings, site visits, and commercial negotiations.
- Assist in enhancing reporting systems and internal planning frameworks.
- Serve as a liaison between departmental teams and the Supply Chain Manager, holding a position of trust and visibility.
Work Environment
This role is office-based at the work site located in Acatari, Mures County.
