Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and top-tier service daily. Responsibilities include overseeing store opening and closing processes, providing product and promotion training to team members, and driving sales to meet company objectives. This role allows for professional growth alongside accomplished industry colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by utilizing Crocs' unique C.H.A.R.M. service approach.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that supports open communication and idea sharing.
• Manage and prioritize store tasks, coordinate team activities, and ensure timely completion of daily objectives.
• Develop knowledge and assist across store functions including customer service, product handling, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS system use, stock replenishment, pricing strategies, promotions, loyalty programs, and maintaining store standards.
• Lead by example by working closely with Store Management to enhance individual and team sales performance through targeted strategies.
• Follow Crocs, Inc. policies on asset protection, inventory control, loss prevention, and compliance protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification of A Level or Diploma preferred.
• At least 4 years of retail experience, ideally including past leadership roles in store management.
• Strong leadership qualities with enthusiasm for motivating teams and achieving results.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with store teams, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) and experience operating retail POS systems.
• Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented retail setting.

Salary range for this position is from $38,300 to $45,800 per year, dependent on market conditions and location. Compensation complies with all applicable local minimum wage laws.
