About the Role and Company
Vedic HR Solutions Private Limited, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the BFSI sector across India, is hiring for an Assistant Sales Manager role with Axis Group. This position involves managing and coaching a sales team to drive both new and renewal business for life insurance products.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit life insurance advisors using personal references.
- Lead and mentor the sales team effectively to enhance performance.
- Encourage and motivate advisors to achieve maximum sales targets.
- Provide continuous support through training sessions and accompanying advisors during sales calls.
- Ensure delivery of new and renewal insurance business through the advisory team.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate with strong communication skills.
- A minimum of one year of experience in field sales, banking, finance, or insurance.
- Age between 21 and 40 years; candidates without experience should not apply.
- Preference for candidates local to Satara region.
