About the Role
This position is for an Assistant Sales Manager focused on team leadership and sales growth in the Kadapa region. The role involves working with a sales team to achieve business targets, strengthen customer connections, and support the sale of financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members to achieve and surpass assigned sales goals.
- Study market patterns to better understand customer financial needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while shaping effective sales strategies.
- Guide, support, and lead a team responsible for promoting products and services.
