Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager position sits within the Marketing department at LICHFL Financial Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of LIC Housing Finance Ltd. The organization focuses on delivering comprehensive financial solutions with the customer at the center, covering savings, investments, loans, insurance, and pensions.
Education and Experience
A minimum graduation is required. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and prior team-handling experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Bring in enough candidates to meet the office’s requirement for recruiting Sales Executives.
- Coach Sales Executives to source business across different verticals, working with the Territory Manager and, where possible, channel partners.
- Guide, plan, and monitor the SE team so that business acquisition and revenue targets are achieved effectively.
- Independently generate leads and close business in multiple verticals to contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Keep accurate records of leads and business sourced, and share regular updates with the Territory Manager.
- Obtain any qualifications needed for conducting business as required by law or as directed by the company from time to time.
- Ensure both the manager and the SE team follow all applicable rules, regulations, and statutory norms while canvassing business.
- Carry out instructions issued by the corporate office or Territory Manager promptly and accurately.
- Provide timely after-sales support and assist customers with grievance resolution.
- Review business performance with the Territory Manager on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis to track progress against targets.

The role is under the Marketing department and is based in Nashik, India. The provided compensation is INR 3,50,000 to 4,50,000 per year.
