Role overview
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Accounts Receivable to support the finance team at its Head Office in DIFC, Dubai. The position focuses on helping manage invoicing, customer account reconciliations, overdue balance tracking, payment follow-ups, and the upkeep of accurate financial records in line with company procedures.
Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will assist the Accounts Receivable function by handling day-to-day receivables tasks, keeping customer accounts up to date, monitoring outstanding amounts, and maintaining clear and reliable records for the team.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a comparable Accounts Receivable position, preferably in hospitality or F&B in Dubai
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Good communication skills along with strong accuracy, organisation, and Excel/accounting software proficiency
- Current residence in the UAE
