Primary Purpose
This position serves as the main point of contact responsible for creating and managing Master Data related to rental assets within the SAP Rental Asset Tracking system (SAPRAT) and overseeing Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) processes in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain ownership of the Expro Equipment catalogue by ensuring the accuracy and structure of equipment numbering and hierarchy; establish new equipment master records in SAPRAT.
- Collaborate with Senior Product Line Managers to enhance asset deployment and utilization, aiming to maximize return on investment across the asset portfolio.
- Assist regional teams in accurately managing pipe inventory within SAP, upholding data accuracy and compliance with asset and inventory management standards.
- Support administration of the AFE portal by setting budgets and generating CAPEX orders in SAP.
- Process authorized Equipment Dispatch Forms (EDFs) in SAPRAT and promptly inform relevant Regional and Finance Product Group departments.
- Administer AMT portal sites and related systems.
- Create new asset records in DocuCert ensuring documentation integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all Expro policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience with asset-related functions within SAP and DocuCert systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Sound understanding of product line equipment relevant to the asset portfolio.
