About the Role
We are seeking skilled Assessment Developers or English Teachers with 4 to 7 years of experience to join the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) team of a prominent New Jersey-based EdTech company. The role focuses on English education, curriculum creation, and assessment formulation tailored to K–12 students.
Eligibility Criteria
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in K–12 English teaching, assessment design, or content development.
- Academic qualifications including an MA or BA in English Literature, or a B.Ed./M.Ed. with English as the major teaching subject.
- Profound understanding of English grammar, language, literature, and instructional methodologies.
- Proven experience in developing, reviewing, or validating assessments that align with the K–12 curriculum.
- Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate high-standard English assessments for K–12 learners.
- Produce assessment content and educational materials that are aligned with existing curricula.
- Maintain high quality, precision, and curriculum conformity of all assessments.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to enhance educational results.
- Participate actively in ongoing improvements of assessment frameworks and content quality.
