Role Overview
As an Artist Sourcing Specialist based in Canada, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier professional voice-over talent that matches our Ideal Contributor Profile. This role involves direct recruitment and developing a strategic network of studios and agencies, ensuring fast scalability in many languages and categories. Your efforts will combine market intelligence with engagement within creative communities to establish Voices as the global leader in both licensed voice and Voice AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound recruitment to identify and approach premier voice-over artists aligning with company standards.
- Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, industry forums, and international job sites.
- Create compelling brand messaging positioning Voices as the foremost platform for licensed voice and AI talent.
- Increase artist registrations through consistent high-volume sourcing initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics including activity levels, conversion rates, and alignment quality to maximize recruitment ROI.
- Adjust targeting strategies based on market demands and performance feedback.
- Work closely with Marketing to activate sourcing within professional creative groups.
- Experiment with innovative sourcing channels and provide data-backed insights on their effectiveness.
- Enhance the organization's reputation within trusted creative industry communities.
- Maintain a detailed and organized global database of recording studios and agencies.
- Foster trusted partnerships with studios and navigate artist representation structures.
- Monitor studio-managed supply to ensure the capacity meets fluctuating industry demand.
- Supply regional market insights to senior leadership to guide long-term sourcing strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or community-driven growth initiatives.
- Proficient in prioritizing potential candidates based on strategic business needs.
- Ability to balance quantity growth with quality assurance in two-sided talent ecosystems.
- Skilled at interpreting metrics to adjust outreach and sourcing tactics effectively.
- Highly self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Successful history engaging creative professionals at senior levels.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms.
- Experience with international talent sourcing or multilingual abilities is advantageous.

Remote Work and Location
This remote-friendly role requires occasional in-person attendance at the London, Ontario office (100 Dundas St) for mandatory monthly "All-Hands" meetings if located regionally. Attendance is optional otherwise, with company-funded travel for required events.
Compensation
The Canadian salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, with typical new hires earning near the lower to midpoint range based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Salary progression is linked to performance and competencies.
