Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Artist Manager position in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. The role focuses on managing artists’ professional engagements, including booking coordination, contract discussions, schedule management, and relationship-building with clients, event organizers, and business partners. The objective is to create opportunities that fit the artist’s goals and public image.

The Artist Manager will handle promotional planning, coordinate performance logistics, respond to artist needs, and keep communication flowing between artists and internal teams. Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work closely with artists, clients, and partners. Prior exposure to event management, entertainment, or media is preferred, especially in talent coordination or artist management. Candidates must be highly organized, able to manage several artists, timelines, and deliverables at once, and comfortable with branding, digital promotion, and media outreach. The position also calls for solid negotiation skills, careful contract handling, and familiarity with common office tools, calendars, CRM platforms, and project tracking systems. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Mass Communication, Entertainment Management, or a similar field is preferred. Since the role is based on-site, the candidate should be available in Jabalpur and ready to attend events, meetings, and travel when needed.
